Age & Disability:

Veteran must be age 65 years or older; surviving spouse can be any age. Veteran or spouse must have a verifiable disability rendering them unemployable or needing assistance from a device such as a wheelchair, walker, cane, etc and an individual that assists in two or more of the activities of daily living.
(Assistance can not be rendered by spouse)
